• Public comments may be emailed with the subject entitled “2030 CAC 2nd Fall Meeting Public Comment”. 
• Electronically send public comments to [email protected].
• The Designated Federal Officer, Ceci Villa Ross, will read submissions provided they are received before December 4, at noon and do not exceed two-minutes.  
• Public comments received after the deadline will not be read but will be posted to the (2030 CAC 2nd Fall Meeting).
