Kelly Holder is chief of the Health and Disability Statistics Branch in the Social, Economic and Housing Statistics Division of the U.S. Census Bureau.

The Health and Disability Branch is responsible for analyzing and publishing data collected on health insurance coverage, health status and health care utilization, and disability. These data are collected in the Current Population Survey Annual Social and Economic Supplement (CPS ASEC), the American Community Survey (ACS) and the Survey of Income and Program Participation (SIPP).

Holder has held several positions in the Census Bureau since 2003 and worked briefly at the Department of Veterans Affairs. She has a master’s degree in sociology from Brown University.
